Extended On-Site Warranties
Most standard warranties last for 1 to 2 years but there are options available for an extended warranty. Extended warranty packages with Signmaster Systems are available in 12-month increments, with options to prepay for 24 or 36 months. These extended warranties are specifically offered for Roland and Mimaki machines. We even have option to extend your warranty via direct debit, which helps keep your outlays down, while still giving you peace of mind that you are still covered. Even if your warranty has expired, it’s often possible to renew it for eligible Roland and Mimaki equipment.. Depending on how long it has been out of warranty you may be asked to provide a nozzle test print picture or require a pre-warranty inspection from the manufacturer.
