How to make a PVC Banner

We are PVC banner material supplier in the UK and want to share some insight as to how you can you make a pvc banner and expand your product range

Whether you're a novice in PVC banner production or looking to enhance your skills, we've got your back! Our comprehensive range of printers, materials, banner making tools, blogs, and videos has everything you need to successfully complete the job.

What you need to make a PVC Banner:

• Printer - our PVC banner material is compatible with eco solvent, solvent and UV ink  
• PVC Banner material - our most popular product is the 440gsm PVC banner and we also have 510gsm and Mesh banner available 
• Banner hemming tape - there are two tapes available a 'double sided hemming tape' or 'edge- it'
• Eyelets - we are a big fan of self piercing brass eyelets, which are available in 9mm or 11mm  
• Eyelet Press - two eyelet presses are available, the HPX1 introductory press and the H-901 
• Knife - there are many knives available on our website but our favourite for hand cutting PVC banner material is the Olfa SVR - 1
• Rule / cutting rail the trimaro range will have what you need whether that's a hand held ruler ( we would recommend a 1.5 mtr ruler or there is also a desktop mounted ruler range ( only caution is that should want to printer a big banner this might not allow you to cut to that size)
