We’re Proud to Be Awarded the 2026 Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award

I can’t begin to tell you how much winning the 2026 Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award means to me and the whole team here at Signmaster.

It’s something we work incredibly hard at throughout the year, and if anything, it feels as though it becomes more challenging as each year passes. The pressure we put on ourselves to maintain these standards only grows — but that pressure comes from a genuine desire to continually improve and deliver the best possible service.

One of the things we truly value about Feefo is that it is independent and authentic. There’s no way to simply ask friends or family to leave reviews, which means the feedback we receive is a true reflection of where we are as a business.

Over the course of 2025, we did receive some negative reviews. As much as those moments hurt as a team, they are invaluable. They force us to reflect, learn, and ultimately become better.

I remember when we first started using Feefo back in 2020.We knew it would take time to build credibility — because, like anything, it’s only once the number of reviews reaches the hundreds that you truly believe a company can consistently perform at that level. As I write this today, we’re proud to say we now have 384 reviews.

If you’re one of the businesses that has taken the time to leave us a review, please know that it is genuinely appreciated. And if you’ve been on the fence about leaving one, why not make 2026 the year you do it?

For now, we’re busy updating our communication materials,internal signage, and company vehicles with the latest 2026 Platinum branding —so keep an eye out as those changes start to roll out.
